millions of students' lives

The Drake Gives partnered

with Save The Music in December 2021 to build a sustainable music program in Orange County

Together, we have positively impacted the lives of over 17,000 underserved students in Orange County schools, creating pathways and opportunities to experience the power of music

Through our partnership with Save The Music, we’re providing resources to public school districts for Core Music and Music Tech programs which include:

Program Services and Support for 10 years

Districts must commit to music teacher salaries, schedule instrumental classes during the regular school day, have a room dedicated for instruction, secure storage space for equipment, and budget for maintenance and supplies for a 10 year period in order to qualify.

Teacher receives one year mentorship from music production specialist and virtual roundtables for professional development

Schools must hire a certified teacher,

schedule music tech class during the

regular school day, have a room dedicated for instruction, secure storage space for equipment, and maintain working condition of all donated technology and equipment for a 10 year period.
